Penetration, Penetration, Penetration!

You need to understand
because It’s PEMF’s biggest enemy.

In the commercial world one talks about Location, Location, Location, well in the world of PEMF it is Penetration, Penetration, Penetration.

The good news is that low-frequency PEMF signals like that of the Curatron which operates below 50 Hz (CPS or Cycles Per Second) pass unimpeded through our bodies, bone, muscle, skin and other body tissues simply do not have any real effect on low-frequency PEMF signals.

Now the bad news! PEMF intensity over distance is governed by the “Inverse Square Law”, simply put, as the distance from the source doubles, then the intensity is reduced to one-quarter of its original intensity. Double that distance again and the PEMF signal is down to one-sixteenth of its source value.

Remember, it’s intensity that drives penetration. Only the Curatron has adequate intensity to penetrate!

MRI Systems – 3 to 4 Tesla
MRI SYstems need very high pulsed magnetic intensity to get through our bodies.
Curatron Systems (from 7000 µT to 160,000 µT (70 Gauss to 1600 Gauss)

IMRS, BEMER and QRS Systems are less than 1 Gauss or 100 µT

Inverse Square Law

The challenge is distance. The IMRS, BEMER and QRS systems start at about on Gauss or 100 µT (microTesla) and their effectiveness is limited to an inch of penetration, perhaps less. Remember, our bodies are transparent to low-frequency PEMF signals, it is the inverse square law that reduces intensity with distance.

Low intensity magnetic fields simply do not induce a charge or stimulate cells. In order to have adequate intensity at any reasonable depth then high initial intensity is needed.

NASA STUDIES

IMRS, BEMER and QRS all reference the NASA studies where intensities of less than 10 Gauss (1000 µT) were used. The writers at those companies don’t mention that the NASA studies were done  ‘in vitro’ and the source of the magnetic field was typically a millimeter or two away from the cells being studied.

If only all of our cells were a millimeter or two away from our skin then these studies would be more useful. Our bodies are quite a bit thicker and we must use high intensity to charge those cells in our bodies.

The Curatron is the only PEMF system that can deliver more than one gauss at roughly 10″ (25 cm).

Chris Cane

I realize that other posts at this blog talk about the need for high intensity to effect adequate treatment. Since intensity is the single most important parameter, sometimes, I feel the need to repeat myself. If our cells are not charged or excited by the PEMF signal then nothing happens. Many of our cells need higher energy than others to be charged and low intensity simply does not get the job done.

Remember the target tissue, whether it be blood or bone is more than a centimeter or two from our skin. If you start with next to nothing at the beginning then you end up with nothing. Field intensities can be referred to as whispers or shouts and whispers just go unnoticed in our electrically noisy bodies.

Lower magnetic energies result in less charge being induced into our cells.

Don’t be fooled by those that tell you high intensity is not needed. Some of our competitors even say that high intensity is dangerous. If you believe that, then I recommend that you avoid MRI machines and perhaps TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulator) equipment. MRI Machines create intensities up to four Tesla and some TMS machines, up to 1.5 Tesla. That’s 1,500,000 µT. Currently, our highest intensity product is the Butterfly Coil with the Curatron 2000 3D at 160,000 µT (1600 Gauss).
